The key uses cases we expect the solution to address are: 2.1.2 Public User: As a member of the public I want to be able to view and query all government property for sale or rent through a website that is also accessible on mobile devices. I want to be able to sign up to an automated alert service for any new properties added to the e-GPF 2.1.3 Government (Department, ALB, NHS Local Authority etc.) Data Provider Automated Entry: I want to see all the properties I am selling externally, uploaded from the data I have entered into the government's strategic property database (d-NAR) onto this central website. I wish to see the properties I have instructed an agent to sell automatically populated within the database and made available through a web interface. I want to be sent alerts when they are available to view. I want to be able to enrich the data drawn from d-NAR with any additional property particular produced by myself or my property agent 2.1.4 As a Property Agent: I wish to ensure all the properties I am selling on behalf of the government are automatically populated in the database. I want to link my database of properties to the Government Property Finder to enrich the data. I want to be able to sign up to an automated alert service for any new properties added to the e-GPF 2.1.5 As a Property Developer/Investor/PropTech company: I want to be able to see all government properties live on the market in one place that is also accessible on mobile devices. I want to be able to export raw data from e-GPF to add to my internal or external database(s) for analysis.
