## Summary

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has announced a Prior Information Notice for a Land Mobility Programme with a focus on military vehicles and associated parts. This programme aims to modernise and digitise protected mobility and utility platforms for the Joint Force. The procurement process is currently in the Planning stage, with a brief about the programme scheduled to be delivered at Defence Vehicle Dynamics 24 (DVD 24) on 18 September 2024, from 1120 to 1220 hrs. The engagement end date for interested parties is 20 September 2024. This initiative covers a wide geographic scope including the British Oversea Territories, Channel Islands, Europe, Isle of Man, Rest of the World, and the United Kingdom.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in defence and military vehicle technologies. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are particularly encouraged to participate. The MoD is seeking expressions of interest and will provide further details, including potential selection criteria, as the programme progresses. Businesses with capabilities in providing modern, adaptable, and digitally enabled military platforms should find this an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile defence project with substantial global exposure.
