## Notice

Maldon District Council's requirement under this Contract is for a series of works at the Promenade Park located in Maldon, Essex. The works revolve around a feature known as the amphitheatre which is central within the Prom Park. The scheme of works will include decommission of both the amphitheatre bricked wings and then include a rebuild of both wings at a reduced level and with new materials. The new wings must be reinforced and tidied into the banks to ensure longevity and structural safety
