The project will also include the necessary additional items to bring the lift in line with the current British Standards and the Health & Safety at work Act. The contract period is for 18 months. Purbeck District Council reserves the right to terminate the contract at the end of 1 year or at any time thereafter on not less than one month's notice. We anticipate awarding to a single supplier.
