## Notice

The deceased will be transferred to Blackpool Victoria Hospital, Whinney Heys Road, Blackpool FY3 8NR. The number of collections undertaken for the Blackpool & Fylde District for 2015/16 was 470. The Contractor is required to provide an efficient, sensitive collection and transportation service in a consistent manner at all times both day and night. There may be exceptional circumstances where bodies are to be taken to other destinations. The contract will be awarded to a single provider.
