This estimate is based on the apprenticeship funding band set by the Government for these standards: * Housing and Property Management Assistant (Level 2)* * Housing and Property Management (Level 3) * Senior Housing and Property Management (Level 4)** * Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 5 Diploma. The start and end dates can be flexibly managed depending on the actual commencement date. Payments will be made via the Apprenticeship Levy for Level 2 and 3, Level 4 and 5 fall outside of the scope of the Apprenticeship Levy funds, payments for this will be agreed separately within the service.
