Garbage Processing Plant, Plastic Processing Plant b. Shredder/Compactor c. Sewage Treatment/Holding Plants d. Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) e. Oily Water Separator The Contract will be awarded in accordance with the Defence and Security Public Contracting Regulations (DSPCR) 2011 as applicable.
