## Notice

Medway Council invites quotations for the provision of Building refurbishment works and invites Suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements as detailed in the Specification of Requirement (Document 2) and in accordance with these instructions (Document 1) and the Council's Terms and Conditions of Contract. The Contract is anticipated to commence on approximately 11th December 2017 and will continue for a period of 7 weeks and defects liability period starts 19th January 2018 until 19th January 2019 unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract
