In order to keep within the compliant procurement route using KCS Framework the Authority will need to have renewed by 31st January 2026 when the KCS framework finishes. The Council has therefore opted for the following under the KCS framework: 2 years plus a 1 year option totalling an estimated PS360,000 + VAT
