The wellbeing of staff is a prime consideration and due to the stressful nature of the policing environment has introduced a Peer Support scheme. Following on from a successful pilot, The Southwest Police Procurement Department (SwPPD), who carry out procurement on behalf of the four regional Police Forces of Devon & Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, is looking for a supplier who can co-design, facilitate and deliver the initial bespoke Peer Support/Supervisor training cohorts; assist with the delivery of annual CPD/Workshops/Refresher training together with an evaluation and review of the service. Devon & Cornwall Police has made a commitment to the process, however due to interest from other Police Forces and emergency services we are looking for a supplier who could potentially offer this service regionally/nationally.
