As part of the PS345 million Borderlands Inclusive Growth Deal (http://www.borderlandsgrowth.com), Cumbria County Council is working with Carlisle City Council, University of Cumbria, and Cumbria LEP, and is seeking to appoint a consultant to develop scheme designs and an outline business case for the redevelopment of Carlisle Station Gateway and Citadels (Phase2) - The Citadels. Further work, following successful approval of the OBC, would include: * Development of Employer's Requirements for the appointment of a Design and Build Contractor to advance the project from RIBA Stage 2. * Provide client technical advice and perform role of NEC3 Project Manager during the delivery of the D&B contract. OR: * Architecture to RIBA Stage 3 and submission of full planning application * Development of Contract Documents for Build Contract and supervision of the works. OR: * Production of development information and design requirements to inform a Development Agreement with third party developer
