## Notice

However, changes to the statutory guidance in the 2008 Act now mean that any young person in care is now eligible for this service if it appears to be in the child's interests to do so. The contract will commence on 1st February 2021 and be for a period of three years with an option to extend on a one plus one (1 + 1) basis at the sole discretion of the Council.
