This should focus on under-represented groups and those who are geographically isolated. A range of qualitative and quantitative methods should be used. Understand what social media platforms services users prefer to use to access information Understand how branding can be used and where and how our services users want to see the brand. This should include details of how to make platforms as engaging as possible, including the colour and style of communication. Given the geographical diversity across Gloucestershire, it is expected there would be an account at the district level, depending on the most appropriate option for each area e.g. an account for Cotswold and Stroud.
