The expectation is that there will be only one supplier on the framework who will be directly called off as and when projects come forwards. The agreement will remain in place for a maximum of four years or until such a time as the value attached to the Framework Agreement has been expended whichever is sooner. The Council provides no guarantee that sites will come forwards under the terms of this agreement. The expectation is that tenderers will provide a build cost per square meter based off the Employers Requirements included within the tender documents and would be expected to sign up to the template JCT for each site it delivers.
