## Notice

Thorough cleaning on completion. The works comprise - Langley Court: Provision of new kitchenette facility and formation of new cleaner's cupboard. Removal and replacement of the existing suspended ceiling tiles and associated light fittings with a new fire alarm installation and CCTV system. Removal and replacement floor coverings throughout, together with redecorations to previously painted masonry surfaces.
