Early thoughts favour the procurement of a single or, as few contractors to deliver all spend areas and this is one of the ideas we're looking to test through this SMT to understand whether this is both feasible and desirable to the market. An alternative would be a framework agreement of suppliers with annual term maintenance call off contracts
