Driver shortages are impacting on the ability of bus operators and local transport authorities to develop the local public transport network. Whilst many operators have their own recruitment processes and driver training schools, the objective of the PCV skills bootcamp is to supplement this training provision and encourage additional candidates who are wanting to find employment, or those who want a career change.
