The duration of the contract is until 30 June 2023, with the option to extend annually until 30 June 2025, subject to funding and satisfactory contractual performance. The initial contract scope is for Renaissance Rediscovered galleries at the Walker Art Gallery; and during the overall potential period of contract may be extended to additional NML venues. In respect of the requirements for the Renaissance Rediscovered galleries, we require freestanding cases, wall mounted vitrines and tabletop cases fixed to setworks (setworks are not required as part of this tender). The estimated contract value in respect of the initial contract scope (for Renaissance Rediscovered galleries at the Walker Art Gallery) is approximated to be PS100,000 GBP to PS140,000 excluding VAT (or PS120,000 to PS168000 GBP, including VAT). There is further scope to extend this contract annually for 2 further years (subject to funding and satisfactory contractual performance) until 30 June 2025. The estimated total contract value including maximum possible extension options is therefore estimated to be up to PS170,000 GBP excluding VAT, (or up to PS204,000 GBP including VAT).
