Join us at the end of the world's longest pleasure pier to hear more about the Better Queensway project, why Southend-on-Sea is a great development and investment opportunity, and to meet key stakeholders involved in the project. PS400 million investment opportunity in central Southend-on-Sea c. 1300 new homes as part of complete estate renewal programme New commercial space, transport and public realm improvements Following Full Council approval, we are now seeking a partner/consortium to fund, develop and manage the scheme through a 30 year partnership.
