Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ("the Council") was seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and capable professional consultant advisor to undertake this work, which will be delivered in two stages detailed within the Invitation to Tender. Stage 1 - outline Business Plan; Stage 2 - Detailed Business Plan The project has been split into these two stages to enable the council to terminate the commission after stage one, should the council's Cabinet decide not to proceed to the second stage. Additional information: A further competition was carried out on the south east business portal utilising ESPO framework 664-17, lot 8b.
