## Notice

The evidence will provide expert advice to: * understand the development potential for housing within the urban areas; * assist in ensuring that housing on previously developed land is maximised in sustainable locations; and * establish whether there will be a need to release greenfield sites to meet the housing requirements in the Borough. The consultants should set out a methodology which will provide the intended advice and evidence for this commission and meet the study's objectives.
