Take over support of existing services or be part of a service, such as, development, testing or support. This arrangement contains no contractual commitment on any party for the provision of any particular quantity nor does this arrangement involve any commitment to purchase but serves to commonly specify the levels of quality required and the terms and conditions of contract that will apply when specific work-packages are called-off by the British Library.
