For suppliers this process will help you to understand NHS Devon CCG's requirements for the provision of DSE from April 2023 onwards, for which a service specification is provided. For commissioners this process will help us to gather necessary information on suppliers who are potentially interested in providing this service, to inform our onward process and decision making. Interested providers are invited to complete a short questionnaire as part of an information gathering exercise by NHS Devon CCG to inform their strategic direction and decision making. The questionnaire is available to download and complete within the Additional Text section of this PIN. Please note that this process is not formally evaluated or scored and does not stipulate that NHS Devon CCG will undertake a tender process for this service or will not impact an evaluation of a future tender process, should one be undertaken. At this stage your interest is sought to help commissioners develop the most appropriate strategy and approach to commissioning this service. The deadline for submissions of this questionnaire is Monday 16th May 2022 at 12 midday. This process is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners. Additional information: Interested providers are asked to complete a questionnaire by no later than 12 midday on 16th May 2022 via the following link: https://forms.office.com/r/G4aJ0mDtut The data will be handled securely and none of the information collected will be published publicly nor shared with other suppliers. This notice is an information gathering exercise rather than a call for competition in its own right, and therefore publication or response does not commit NHS Devon CCG or respondents to a future procurement, nor provide any process exemptions or preferential treatment to any parties expressing an interest. Commissioners are looking to establish what interest there might be in providing such a service from suitably qualified, capable and competent organisations. NHS Devon CCG will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. Interested parties should note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an automatic invitation to any subsequent formal procurement, which the commissioners will consider in due course. The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
