This Invitation to Tender document aims to commission programme design and delivery for a minimum of one cohort composed of a maximum of 14 participants with the possibility of delivering further cohorts of the same number if it is determined that there is adequate demand. ** The maximum number of cohorts under this contract will be five over a three year period. Although this is subject to performance and demand from member organisations.
