These services are to be provided across Norfolk and Waveney. The neurodevelopmental diagnostic service waiting list initiative is an interim service response to address current waiting lists for assessment and diagnosis The purpose of this procurement exercise is to assist NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) in reducing waiting lists for neuro developmental assessments and restore provision to the expected NHS standard 18-week RTT within two years. This is an ambitious target. Any approach developed will assist commissioners in introducing both competition in the marketplace and new models to assessment and diagnosis of neurodevelopmental conditions.
