This service will provide HRS support for young people who are affected by the following issues: * Aged between 16-17 and at risk of homelessness. * Young people aged 18-21 at risk of homelessness and assessed as having specific vulnerabilities * Individuals who are Leaving Care * Vulnerable Young Parents up to the age of 21 years with additional support needs Additional information: Please note that in order to access the tender documents, prospective suppliers need to register on the Council's e-tendering portal (iSupplier).
