For example - do some need to happen first in order for others to have greater chance of success? 2 To understand any overlap / connection between the factors and/or conditions for success identified in 1 and 2 above. 3 Make recommendations for how best to measure the factors and conditions for success (e.g. publically available data, monitoring data). 4 Based on learning from the previous objectives, identify gaps in the evidence or further research questions that arise, which the Fund should seek to address.
