Due to the scale and complexity of service interdependencies, the Council are tendering under Lot 10 of the ESPO Consultancy Services Framework 664 for an experienced consultancy partner to develop a future operating model and compelling business case for change. The successful partner will be able to demonstrate their success in engaging with diverse stakeholder groups to gather requirements and deliver agile transformation. The objective is to: (i) Engage with stakeholders to develop a future operating model for land, property and public services (ii) Develop a compelling business case for change.
