## Notice

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of reviewing the tenant engagement practices across the housing service of Birmingham City Council. This review will cover the following areas: - o Governance and Transparency o Scrutiny o Business and Strategy o Complaints o Information and Communication o Resources for Engagement o Community and Wider Engagement This contract will be for a period of 4 months commencing 12th July 2021. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
