To future proof the machine, it must have the capability of retrofitting fibre laser (with onsite install). o Capability to cut wood, acrylic, laminates fabric, rubber, matt board and paper. This list of materials (with the addition of anodized aluminium) should also be able to be marked by the laser (either by raster or vector processes). o Must have demonstrable protection against dust ingress to minimize maintenance requirements and cleaning of the optics. o Raster engraving at a speed of 3 m/sec. o Software to run the machine should be easy to use and allow for pre-defined profiles for different materials. This is to be supplied and included in the proposal.
