Suitability will be ascertained by the completion of a Tender Quality Submission document that forms part of the Tender documentation and also potentially at a "due diligence meeting" which will be held prior to any Contract award and appointment. The project timetable has been set and is included in the tender documents. The estimated Contract Sum for the works is approximately PS1.9m and the project will be awarded via a JCT 2016 DB Contract. Uttlesford District Council is looking for works to commence on Monday, 7th December 2020.
