Include but not limited to; * Job specific pre-employment screening * Management referrals * OH assessments * Case managements * Health surveillance * Fitness for work screening / certification * Provision of physiotherapy * Option of provision of Employee Assistance Programme as part of overall contract Further provision information detailed in attached document. 1.1 Average number of referrals vary but over a 3 month period, prior to COVID-19 when services were operating under normal circumstances 157 referrals were made to occupational health for a variety of reasons. During this period 61.7% of all referrals/clinics were due to Health Surveillance reasons where there are some peaks and troughs.
