The Council is seeking a professional and experienced consultancy business (The Consultant) to provide professional services for the following requirements: 1. Requirement 1 - Reviewing existing project information and city constraints so as to enable the following to be produced i. A delivery Strategy/ project proposal ii. A programme of works covering both the consultant and contractor delivery requirements iii. A preliminary design for the civil/ structural elements iv. A Cost Plan v. A Risk & mitigation Matrix b. 2. Requirement 2 - a. Provision of a technical specification & preliminaries b. Input into the Contractual requirements c. Drafting preparation & collation of all other tender document requirements in accordance with the councils standard templates d. Support the procurement process via the council's e-tendering system, specifically addressing any supplier questions Assist with the tender evaluation process 3.
