The current FWS is free to register for all users (Sign up for flood warnings - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)). The Targeted Flood Warning Service (TFWS), part of the flood warning service, provides an online service to over 120 organisations in England and Wales with a more targeted and efficient flood warning service so that they can easily monitor multiple locations at risk from flooding. The aim of this project is to conduct a thorough market segmentation and demand assessment, to support the development of an up-to-date charging proposal and to identify service improvements for the current Targeted Flood Warning Service (TFWS) that could attract new users and better serve existing ones.
