Provision of DDTS User Centred Design - Capability Partner, to support a range of projects from inception through to live. These being internal and public facing services across Defra, providing evidence-based design decisions that deliver value for both the organisation and users. For a period of 24 months - starting Dec 2020. With a circa spend value of PS700K to call off.
