Our research suggests colleagues would like the option to pick and choose from a variety session formats and titles based on their career aims, their skills and their experiences. This will potentially include, but not be limited to, group sessions, 121 coaching/decompression slots, networking and keynote speaker events, action learning sets and mentoring opportunities.
