This procurement process is being managed by the Isle of Wight Council on behalf of the College. The works are to include: Medina College Reception Area - Remodelling the existing entranceway, reception area and associated back of reception auxiliary rooms, creation of two separate secure entrances, one for students and one for guests. The office/reception area to become an openplan working space with an admin manager's office, separate student reception and mechanical equipment room. Medina College Toilet block - Remodelling one existing male and one female w/c to create 2no. unisex,openplan w/c areas. Temporary Visitor & Student Access - There will need to be a temporary access. There are some outbuildings by the parking area and one will be converted into a temporary office, so that during the works, visitors and students can be guided through to the building. They will enter the school in-between the two sets of w/c's that are included in the works.
