The service will also support the delivery of level 1 and 2 sexual health services in primary care and other community settings through clinical and system leadership and the development and provision of professional training, care pathways and the co-ordination of a local sexual health network. Level 3 clinical services shall be Consultant-led and provided via a One-Stop Hub and Spoke Model. This service model includes the provision of the following Level 3 Sexual & Reproductive Health Services. Access to the service should be through a range of appointment types, such as face to face, virtual, telephone and online. The Provider is required to ensure effective working relationships with commissioners and staff of interdependent services including existing HIV and termination of pregnancy services and with commissioners of national vaccination programmes for people at increased risk of certain infections to enable delivery of seamless pathways for service users.
