## Notice

The Works include replacing rotten timber sleepers (which cover the pits), cutting grooves into the sleepers, to increase ventilation, new paint finishes to the walls and floors, jet washing the pits to remove dirt and grime, to free the drainage/sumps within the pits and minor electrical Works as required.
