They also must have passed the Capability and Capacity stage of their Register application for delivery of education and training and indicated in their submission that they were interested in delivering in this LEP area and were interested in delivering the following options: * 16-18 Apprenticeships * 19-23 Apprenticeships * Traineeships * Skills for Life * Pre-employment training * Community Learning * ESOL * Skills support for the unemployed Or they are Candidates which passed delivery of Information, advice and guidance
