This Consultants Preferred Supplier List will include the following disciplines only and will facilitate the delivery of Connected's new build and refurbishment schemes over the next 4 years: Lot 1 - Principal Designers Lot 2 - Mechanical & Electrical Consultants Please note that potential suppliers can apply to both Lots. Consultancy services will not exceed c.PS189k per annum. Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. Connected also produce care schemes and some community, retail and commercial buildings. In addition, Connected delivers regeneration schemes.
