Scope of Requirement: The tenderer will be required to provide a multi-disciplinary design service from RIBA Stages 1-7 for the Broad Lane building. The multidisciplinary design team should consist of, at a minimum the following core disciplines: Building Surveyor/ Architect Project Manager Quantity Surveyor Principal designer (CDM & B Regs) The team should also consist of the following none core disciplines: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Structural engineering The full technical specification can be found in the tender documentation which will be sent to you once you have expressed your interest.
