In accordance with the drawings, contract documentation and schedule provided. Phase 1 - 16No Properties to be complete in advance of 06/03/2019 latest date. All monies to be claimed and paid or accrued in the financial year 2018/19. Phase 2 - 14No Properties. All rates must be inclusive of plant, materials, labour, preliminaries and costs associated to undertake work to the scheme.
