Operators can apply to trade at as many events as they wish, although operators must be able to commit to these events should they be successful. The events on offer are as follows: o Lot 1 - Live at the Bandstand (11th June 2022 - 24th Sep 2022) o Lot 2 - Queens Platinum Jubilee Weekend (5th June 2022) o Lot 3 - The Portsmouth International Kite Festival (30th & 31st July 2022) o Lot 4 - Great South Run (15th and 16th October 2022) The contracts will take the form of a service concession which will require payment to the Council from successful operators at least 2 weeks in advance of the events. The procurement timetable is shown below. Whilst the Authority does not intend to depart from the timetable, should the schedule change, all suppliers will be informed of this change via Intend.
