## Summary

The procurement process, titled "Getting Court - Awareness Project for Young People," is initiated by the South West Police Procurement Services and focuses on justice services within the South West region of the United Kingdom. The project aims to launch a pilot education and awareness initiative for young people in Devon, Cornwall, and the Isles of Scilly. The procurement method is open, with a tender period set to close on 29 April 2022. The contract is expected to commence on 23 May 2022 and run for a year, with a total potential contract value of up to £150,000, contingent on future funding availability and the success of the pilot project.

This tender represents an excellent opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary community social enterprises (VCSEs) engaged in youth education and community services. Businesses that have experience in trauma-informed education, safeguarding, and community outreach would be particularly well-suited to compete for this project. Successful delivery of the pilot may lead to further funding discussions and extended engagement, presenting a pathway for sustained collaboration and growth within the community and criminal justice education sector.
