This needs to reflect the impact of the Domestic Abuse Act and additional duties for local authorities as well as the requirement for Support within Safe Accommodation for survivors of domestic abuse and their children. The needs assessment will be valid for three years from 2024 to 2027. Delivery of the needs assessment draft findings and report is required within 3 months of award of contract and final report and recommendations within 4 months.
