Window Cleaning GPHG is re-procuring its window cleaning contracts, covering approximately 500 schemes across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, parts of Derbyshire & South Yorkshire. The total contract value is estimated to be in the region of PS1,600,000 over five years, but it is expected that this will be split into five geographical lots: Central: BL & OL, M24, M25, M26, M35 postcode areas; approx value p.a PS40,000; 109 schemes East: Sheffield (S) postcode areas; approx value p.a PS50,000; 39 schemes North: BB, FY, LA & PR postcode areas; approx value p.a PS45,000; 61 schemes Manchester, Salford & Trafford North: M postcode areas apart from M24-26, M35; approx value p.a PS110,000; 175 schemes Stockport & Cheshire: CW, SK & WA postcode areas; approx value p.a.
