The Authority are tendering to implement a single contractor framework agreement. This framework shall commence on the 1st November 2019 for an Initial period of two years, expiring on 31st October 2021. The Authority has two optional one year extensions (a maximum extension period of two years (split 1 + 1) subject to budget, performance (in compliance with the specification and key performance criteria) and a continued requirement. There is no guarantee the Authority will use the framework agreement and therefore there is no guarantee the Authority will commit to spend the estimated framework agreement estimated value.
