The specification will be output based with an agreed amount of frequency's. Contract term will be 3 + 1 + 1, with extensions being subject to performance levels. On the schemes there is a mix of grassed areas, hard standing, shrubbery and bushes. The customers on this scheme are 55 years of age and above.
