The Trust has the following equipment which requires to have 2 scheduled maintenance / inspection visits per contract per calendar year and water samples and tests to be undertaken to comply with the requirements of the following Health Technical Memorandums:- * HTM 01-01 Management and decontamination of surgical instruments (medical devices) used in acute care * HTM 01-06 Decontamination of flexible endoscopes
